Delivery & Lead Times
Delivery dates acknowledged by Alveena Casa are non-binding estimates only, based upon the best available information received from our manufacturers with regard to lead times and transportation schedules. Estimated delivery dates will be considered as accepted by the buyer unless disagreement is notified to us in writing within seven days of order placement. You will be contacted in the event that your order happens to be affected and, provided with an updated lead time.
Special delivery conditions requested by the Buyer should be given in writing at the time of order placement and will be considered by Alveena Casa and, if necessary, conditions and charges may change accordingly after review. All risks for the goods pass to the Buyer on delivery or placement into storage.
For orders that include different items or multiple quantities, the items will be grouped together and, a single delivery shall be made when the complete order is ready.
As almost everything we sell is made-to-order most of our sales are not governed by the Distance Selling Regulations, so as well as contacting us before ordering to check your specifications please read our Terms & Conditions before placing an order. Cancellations can be made within 3 working days after ordering, but beyond that we may need to charge up to a 35% re-stocking fee depending on the item.
Please note, you are responsible for ensuring that items you order can be delivered to your property and room of choice, with safe and reasonable access from the public highway to the place of delivery.
You are also obliged to provide any parking permits in advance of delivery, where applicable. The delivery charge does not include any costs resulting from the removal of fixtures, including windows and doorways, or specialist hoisting or platform lift equipment.
If our delivery team considers access to be unsafe, we will be unable to deliver your goods until safe access is provided.
Please note, if your orders cannot be delivered due to access restrictions, you remain liable for 50% of the order value and the full delivery charge.
If you have any concerns about access via restricted spaces, such as doorways, stairs, lifts or hallways, we strongly advise you to contact us prior to purchase. In some circumstances we can arrange for a member of our delivery team to carry out a survey inspection at the delivery address to confirm whether, or not delivery will be possible, or with provisos. The charge for this survey will be £50.00 + vat.

For orders up to £2,000.00 delivery is charged at 8% of the total order value.
Depending on the item ordered and the method of delivery involved, if we believe that the delivery charge can be reduced we will contact you about this, and credit back any difference, where applicable.
For domestic orders placed over £2,000.00 delivery is included in the price. Please note that this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts and excludes deliveries that fall outside of our standard white glove shipping service. In most cases deliveries will be made by a trusted third party provider. Additional charges apply to Northern Ireland, Scotland, Scottish Islands & Highlands, please email for an accurate delivery cost. Free delivery is NOT applicable to Trade orders.
We will deliver your order to the delivery address given at the time you place your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted dependent on the lead time of the product. You will be notified when the goods come into stock for goods that require ordering and on dispatch for stock items. Available stock is usually delivered within 7 days. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you and full payment has been received.
