The seat cushions are available in all the fabrics and leathers of the collection. The metal base in the same finish as the footrest elegantly supports and slims the entire structure through a single leg. Thanks to its attractive style and to the adjustable height, it is a perfect unit for a modern kitchen, a fine restaurant, or a luxury hotel cocktail bar.
Born in 1974, Stefano Bigi was raised between France and Italy, two countries where culture and art are timelessly dominant and live eternally. His love for both cultures, inspired him to pursue a study of beauty in all its forms. After studying art in France, followed by a career in web design field, at the age of 31 he couldn’t ignore his real passion anymore: the furniture and objects design. In 2005 he took a leap of faith, moved to Milan and founded the Stefano Bigi Design Studio. The value that distinguishes his design is the ambitious and continuous search for a unique atmosphere, in which furniture is not a constraint but a desire. Over the years his practice grew from strength to strength and for Porada he designed his most famous dining table, the Infinity table. “In my opinion, Design is an endless and exasperated search for the right balance between aesthetics and comfort, between form and function.”
